A minor in Arts Management provides students with the competitive advantage needed to support careers in the creative sectors. The practical knowledge and skills gained are applicable to students of all artistic disciplines and are essential for self-managers, entrepreneurs, and arts and media professionals.
A minor is 18 credit hours of focused course study.
- A student must complete a major to get credit for completing a minor.
- A minor must be taken outside of the major department.
- Students should declare a minor no later than the graduation audit at 88 cumulative credit hours.
- Students may not apply more than one course from their minor program to the general education requirements.
