Biography
In 2001, Charles Hammond Jr. joined the Columbia College community to pursue his B.A. degree in the interdisciplinary fields of Music Business (AEMM) and Vocal Performance (Music). During his sophomore year, he joined the administration of the Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management Department as a student work aid.  Since then, he has served as part-time Department Assistant, full-time Administrative Assistant, and currently as Assistant to the Chair of the AEMM Department. Additionally, Charles continues to pursue his passion for music, working as a session vocalist and performing with a variety of special event bands/ensembles throughout the Chicagoland area.
