Nancy is the clinical director at Between Friends; a nonprofit agency dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence and abuse in individuals, families, and communities by providing education, support, counseling, and advocacy services. In 2008, Nancy joined the Graduate School faculty of the Department of Creative Arts Therapies (DCAT) at Columbia College Chicago and she teaches Professional Orientation Field Work/Ethics in the summer semester. Nancy provides clinical supervision and maintains a private practice in dance/movement therapy with focus on trauma. Nancy has published both nationally in The Journal of Pedagogy , Pluralism & Practice, Issue 9, 2004, and internationally in the International Journal of Qualitative Studies in Education, May- June 2008, United Kingdom.
