Alternate Route Certificate in Dance/Movement Therapy
Alternate Route is available to students interested in earning their Registered Dance Movement Therapist (R-DMT) credential from the American Dance Therapy Association. Eligible students must hold an MA or PhD in Counseling, Psychology or related field and wish to enrich their abilities with our dance/movement therapy curriculum.
The program begins the first week in August every year. Applications for the program must be submitted no later than January 5, 2012. Applicants are expected to have completed anatomy and kinesiology or applied anatomy (45 hours/3 credits).
