Marianne C. Stallworth
teaches special education and general education courses. She has taught at the elementary school
level, worked to develop programs in high schools, and has taught adult classes
throughout her thirty four year career in education. Ms. Stallworth majored in special and general
education as an undergraduate and holds two Master’s degrees in Teaching
Reading, Learning Disabilities, Behavior Disorders, and Educational
Administration and Supervision in addition to certification in Middle School
and High School teaching. Currently, her
research interest is in higher education focusing on andragogy, adult learning
theory, professional development, and the assessment and education of students
with disabilities.
