Amina Cain
Literature, First Year Writing
Amina Cain is the author of I Go To Some Hollow, a collection of short
stories that will be published by Les Figues Press as part of their 2008-09 TrenchArt series of books. Her work has appeared in journals
such as 3rd bed, Denver Quarterly, Spinning Jenny, and La Petite Zine,
and is forthcoming in Spuyten Duyvil's Wreckage of Reason: Anthology of XXperimental Women Writers Writing in the 21st Century, as well as the second volume (F-K) of the Encyclopedia Project. She received an MFA in creative writing/fiction from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and is co-curator, along with Jen Karmin, of the Red Rover Reading Series.
