Jen Bills

First Year Writing

Jen Bills holds a BA in Music from the University of Michigan and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Iowa. Her poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Gulf Coast , POOL, Sentence, The Malahat Review, Puerto del Sol, upstreet, and Rivet. In addition to teaching at Columbia, she has taught at Loyola University, the University of Iowa, and Duke University Talent Identification Program. She is a practitioner of yoga.
