Liz received her B.A. from the University of Colorado where she studied Costume Design. She has worked as a seamstress for the Goodman Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Steppenwolf Theatre, and Court Theatre creating costumes for the stage. She has designed costumes for The Piven Theatre, Stage Two and Chicago Dramatists. In 2004, Liz moved to New York City to obtain her Associates Degree in Fashion Design from Parson’s School of Design. After graduating from Parson’s Liz worked for American Eagle Outfitters on the Women’s Woven’s Design Team at Martin and Osa. Liz has also held positions at Donna Karen, Rebecca Taylor, and Araks. Liz is currently teaches Fundamentals of Fashion Design, Draping, and Patternmaking.
