The Advanced Production Center
The APC was created to help students locate crews for advanced productions (anything post-Production III) and, conversely, to introduce students interested in working as crew to these same projects
The APC matches interested crew members with interested producers and directors in all phases of production.
Students enrolled in these classes (i.e. Directing III, Special Studies, Independent Projects, Practicum, or Grad. Thesis) are encouraged to visit the APC to discuss the project and post the necessary information. These postings are placed in the window out the Center so that interested parties can contact your directly.
Additionally, students interested in working on an advanced production should fill out a contact form – either as a production assistant or for all other crew positions, depending on your level of expertise or interest.
Students interested in working on sets are encouraged to check the postings outside the office and be pro-active – contact the Producers & Directors directly. They love hearing from someone who wants to help out.
