About Us

Columbia's graduate programs comprise 21 Master's degrees (M.A., M.A.T., M.A.M., M.F.A.) and one graduate certificate within 11 disciplines focusing on the arts, media, education, and communication. We also offer the possibility to study as a graduate student-at-large in the Educational Studies Department.

Columbia College Chicago graduate students enjoy the best of both worlds - the advantages of all that a large school has to offer while receiving the benefits from the individual attention that a small program affords. Class sizes are small and instruction is hands-on. Most of Columbia's 1,250 faculty members work in the professions they teach and one-on-one advising is provided to every graduate student.
