The pre-entry (3) three classes of study as listed are intended to provide the student with a foundational skill and understanding that will allow for immediate successful application.

Required Pre-Entrance Classes:

1) Manual Drafting
2) Fundamentals of AutoCAD
3) History of Architecture-Antiquity to Renaissance

Admitted students may be required to attend part or all of an intense two-week "Graduate Art and Enrichment Program" in mid-late August, designed to better prepare those who do not have an academic background in art and design.

Geographic circumstances permitting, an interview may be required during the admission process .  If you an interview is required, the department will contact the applicant directly.  If desired, the applicant may present a portfolio during the interview (in addition to the work sample).

If you are applying as an international student, you will need to submit all of the above materials as well as the additional International Application Materials.
