Women's and Gender Studies
The Women's and Gender Studies minor is housed in the Department of Humanities, History, and Social Sciences. This minor is designed to give students an opportunity to explore issues of gender and sexuality in an interdisciplinary yet cohesive way. A rich complement to any of the majors of the College, the minor requires 21 hours for completion. Students will be exposed to feminist theory and will engage in an exhilarating debate on the role of gender and sexuality in society from a variety of perspectives.
