The Center for Book & Paper Arts houses a two thousand square foot
exhibition space on the second floor of the historic Luddington building
in downtown Chicago. In the last several years, we've mounted an impressive array of exhibitions including: Material Assumptions: Paper as Dialogue, featuring Glenn Ligon, Jessica Stockholder and Mel Bochner; The World as Text, with John Preus, Joseph Grigely and Dianna Frid Exalted Trash, featuring Patric Miceli & Marc Fischer/Bruno Richard; From Art to Zine featuring Enrique Chagoya; Jack Kerouac: On the Road; Dismantling the Corporate State (and Other Amusements) featuring Anne Elizabeth Moore, and Among Tender Roots, featuring Laura Anderson Barbata.
