• I do not have a BFA degree and/or I do not have an undergraduate degree in an art-related field; am I eligible to apply to your programs? What do you look for in your applicants? We look for individuals who demonstrate evidence of a sustained commitment to creative practice regardless of disciplinary training that seem to be a good fit for our programs.
• When can I expect to hear back about my application? We make every effort to contact applicants by mid-April.
• I would like to become a graduate student in Interdisciplinary Arts. Where can I learn more about graduate study at Columbia College Chicago? What is the application process like? What is your application deadline? Can I apply online? The graduate school maintains a website that details graduate study at Columbia College Chicago, which includes a great deal of pertinent information. We highly suggest that you visit the Graduate Study section of the Columbia website. Application Checklists, deadlines and online applications are available through that site as well.
