Tuition and Payment The 2012 tuition is $300 per credit hour: $900 for each course earning three credits, $1800 for each course earning six credits. Housing / food / activity fee for students living on campus is approximately $1950. High School Summer Institute 2012 Billing Information To view your charges, log on to http://oasis.colum.edu using your Oasis ID and password; click on the blue "Student Financial Services" tab located in the bar just below your name, then click on the "Student Account Summary" link on the SFS page. Payment of tuition is due in full upon registering for classes. Students who have not made full payment upon registering for HSSI classes may be dropped from those classes. If you would like to pay online via our CCCPay system, you must wait one business day after registering for class(es) before you can access the system. Payment may be made on-line, by mail, or in person:
Dropping Classes/Canceling Housing:For a full credit of housing costs you must officially cancel your housing reservation on or before May 4th, by 5 p.m. For a full tuition credit and for 50% housing costs credit you must officially drop your classes/cancel your housing reservation by June 1st, by 5 p.m. For 50% tuition credit and 25% housing costs credit you must officially drop your classes/cancel your housing reservation by June 20th, by 5 p.m. Full tuition and housing costs will be charged after that date; there are no exceptions to the drop policy. To drop a class, you should login to Oasis and reopen your registration screen. Next to your course selections, there is a spot to select "Drop." Select "Drop" and then click on submit and your class will be officially dropped. More information on housing cancellation procedure will be available soon. Please note: Non-attendance is not considered an official drop. Students who register but do not attend class will receive a failing grade. Due to the intensive nature of the program, attendance at all class sessions is a must. Illness or family emergency are the only acceptable reasons for missing class. |
