Latino Hispanic Studies


The Latino/Hispanic Studies Minor offers courses in the historical and cultural development of Hispanic/Latin American people through the study of language, literature, art (visual and performing), and social institutions and noting the significance of their contributions to the American Society. By studying and understanding the ethnic experiences of the Latino/Hispanic population in America, students will understand the multicultural complexities of the United States and its experiment of democracy.
