The Marketing Communication Department Ad Autopsy Series

Gain insight into the back-stories of commercials and the complex theories that support their creation.

Join student, faculty, alumni, and community members, as they witness a lively debate between a student panel, an advertising executive and a cultural critic analyzing the merits, implications, back story and technicalities behind television and web commercials. The presentations consist of a screening of 5-6 individual commercials from a variety of brands, a commercials critique, and the opportunity for attendees to give their feedback and ask questions of the guest speakers.
