Sandra has over 10 years of experience in strategic marketing and consulting including project work for Fortune 500 companies (Apple, AT&T, Nordstrom, PepsiCo, Nintendo, VAG Group, La Presse, Toyota, etc.) and is a Chief Business Advisor & Founder of Enakta LLC, a business strategy consultancy that offers advisory services in strategic marketing, business development, and professional coaching. In addition, she currently serves as a Marketing & Communications Chair for the Chicago Chapter of the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation and acts as a Strategic Board Advisor for Loyola Flats and Midwest Society of Professional Consultants.

In recent years, teaching has become her passion and before coming to Columbia, Sandra enjoyed her position of an Adjunct Professor of Integrated Marketing Communications and Internship & Career Development courses at Loyola University Chicago Graduate School of Business. Her other teaching endeavors include guest lectures on e-Marketing at Middlesex University in London, intensive Integrated Marketing Communications Strategy course within the SSME Master Program at Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University in the Czech Republic, and educational seminars for organizations in the US and Europe.

Born in the Czech Republic, Sandra speaks Czech & Polish fluently with communicative knowledge of German, French, and Spanish. In her spare time, she loves reading about art, visiting art exhibitions, playing tennis, cooking and exploring wine. Sandra holds a BBA (Economics & International Business) and MBA (Marketing & Operations Management) from Loyola University Chicago, completed 12-year education at Academy of Music, Czech Republic and two Project Management Certifications (Northwestern University, International Institute for Learning). Her project management work has been published in a new 2010 edition of Dr. Harold Kerzner's book on Best Practices in Project Management. Other research interests include visual communications, dental marketing, wine marketing, social media, and responsible entrepreneurship.
