New Students

The Music Department Scholarship was established to recognize the achievements of students in the Music Department, and to assist Music Majors in defraying the cost of tuition and fees. New incoming freshman and transfer students for Fall 2012 may apply for the Music Department Scholarship if they meet the following criteria:

• Ability to demonstrate music accomplishment;
• Demonstrated academic excellence;
• Have an Admission application that is received by the Undergraduate Admissions Office by the Scholarship deadline (January 15, 2013). Please note: It is not necessary to have already been accepted to Columbia College at the time you apply for this scholarship, though you must have an Admissions file received by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions by March 30, 2013.
• Demonstrated financial need through a completed financial aid application (FAFSA).

The Music Deparment is no longer accepting scholarship application for the the Fall 2013 - Spring 2014 academic year.
