Becky Harlow came to Columbia College Chicago in June 2012 and currently serves as the Academic Coordinator for the Music Department. Becky brings to Columbia almost 10 years of experience working at colleges and universities throughout the state of Illinois. Prior to starting her graduate work, Becky taught elementary school music in Logan County, West Virginia. A trumpet player, she has performed with various collegiate-level and community bands, traveling as far as the Dominican Republic and sharing the stage with local and national celebrities, including former Secretary of State Colin Powell.
