2009 Student Exhibition Preparation Timeline

NOTE: You are responsible for producing your work selected for Manifest show – plan ahead to print, frame, write artist’s statement, etc. ALL work will need to meet the drop deadline of April 13–15. No extensions.

April 10
Last day Digital Lab can guarantee your print orders!
The Digital Lab cannot guarantee the completion of any print order received by students after 12:00 noon on April 10th. After this deadline we can only offer a recommendation of a professional lab for printing and you will then be responsible for these printing fees. Note: You must also allow time for framing.
April 13 – 15
Drop dates for finished works for Manifest show
Drop off your final work, image and titles, to Gallery 1006 South Michigan, 1st floor. These drop off times will also be posted on the Prep room door.

Final note: There are over 100 graduating students who will participate in the 2009 Manifest show. It is necessary that all participating students demonstrate professionalism regarding their obligations to the show. This means professionalism in following instructions, in being on time for meetings, meeting deadlines, etc. We rely on your compliance to ensure that together we achieve a good exhibition for everyone.
