Post-Production and Effects

Post-production is the final stage where students polish the visuals, create special effects and complete the process of bringing their vision to the screen.  In this concentration you will learn advanced editing, motion graphics and visual effects. Students work in a wide variety of editing genres, on individual productions and on programs produced for broadcast television. Television core courses are required for all Television majors.

Students must complete a minimum of 9 credits in 
the concentration electives.  A student may select 
the option of a full-time semester in Los Angeles 
in place of the concentration electives. The concentration
