Premiere Night 

Each semester this event provides a showcase for the broadcast quality programming produced by our students. Screenings are shown in a festival-like atmosphere in all three of our studios. Family, friends and classmates attend and experience the excitement as students present their work. CCC Emmys

The Television Department's CCC Emmys is a juried festival at the end of the spring semester where prize is given for best Documentary, best Experimental Work, and best News Package.   Winners and runners-up also will have a special screening during the college-wide art festival, Manifest. First Look

First Look is a screening of the best projects from Production and Editing I. Participants are nominated by their instructors in three categories:  documentary, experimental, and drama/comedy. At the screening, students cheer the accomplishments of their peers and network for possible collaboration on future projects. Senior Showcase/Manifest

Every year before Commencement, Columbia hosts an exciting, campus-wide event, Manifest. This month-long event celebrates graduating seniors by exhibiting and performing their work for all of Chicago to experience. Television Department seniors participate with Senior Showcase where our graduates screen their best work before embarking on their careers in the industry.
