Reserve a Space

Reserve a Space On Campus

Students, Faculty, and Staff

Step 1 - Secure Space

Students- You may reserve space for purposes directly related to coursework OR on behalf of a recognized student organization.

To book a space, please visit space.colum.edu and complete a space request form.

 Step 2 - Publish Your Event

Once you have received your space and resource usage confirmation, publish your event to the Columbia Events calendar (events.colum.edu) where you can promote your event online and connect your event to Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare.


Alumni and Non-College Entities

Please send all event inquiries to space@colum.edu

Columbia College Chicago does not allow Non-College entities (external organizations that are not associated with the College, including alumni) use of campus space unless the Non-College entity's event will provide academic support, aid in recruitment/retention, or support the College's goal of civic engagement.

The Non-College entity MUST have a current faculty/staff member host the event. Current students may NOT act as a host.

Please refer to the Non-College Event Procedure and be sure to complete the Non-College Event Checklist prior to the event.
