This weekend class gives writers a taste of printing the old fashioned way while creating a new experimental poem. Instructor April Sheridan offers an introduction to letterpress printing and typesetting, as well as a brief history of the broadside in America. For poets who have never experienced the joy of watching their poems roll off the press (your inkjet doesn’t count) come experiment with your fellow writers in creating a work of art. We will be playing writing games and printing the results.
