The Records Office houses all documents relating to students' enrollment at Columbia College and at previous educational institutions. We offer the following services:

1. Registration and Program Revision
2. Transcript issuance
3. Verification of Attendance
4. Maintenance of immunization records
5. Address and Name Change Forms
