Non-Conforming Websites

Approval of all non-conforming websites must be reviewed by Creative & Printing Services and the college Webmaster. Forward all requests for approval to the Director of Creative & Printing Services.

Web pages or websites that do not need to use the college’s template must meet these criteria:

• They present professional work (not student work).
• They sell tickets or annual memberships as a means of deriving significant financial support for performance seasons or exhibitions.
• They are special events that have established their “identity”
  - i.e., Storyweek, High School Summer Institute, Manifest, etc.
• Other events or programs – particularly those whose audiences do not primarily target current or prospective students – may be considered for exemptions. The WIG will evaluate these exemptions on a case-by-case basis.

Note: All websites/pages that do not use the templates must still conform to design requirements that enforce the college brand, and must utilize defined branding graphic elements.
