| FOREIGN CREDENTIAL Translation and Evaluation Services Only original or certified/notarized photocopies of educational records will be accepted when applying for admissions to Columbia College Chicago. Transcripts from high schools and universities outside of the United States must be accompanied by an official English translation in addition to being evaluated by an educational credential agency. High school or secondary education reports require a "general" evaluation; college/university documents require a "course-by-course" or "detailed" evaluation for the purpose of awarding transfer credit.
