Giant Pac-Man Game Breaks out Across 2 East 8th's Windows

Walk down State Street during the
winter months and it's hard to do much other than brace yourself against
the gusts of wind coming off the lake or hope you won't slip on the
ice covered sidewalks. However, take two seconds out of your busy
hustle, to feast your eyes on the display that has taken residence on
the west side of 2 East 8th Street, one of Columbia's residence halls,
located at the corner of 8th and State Streets. Joe Jacks, Columbia sophomore Television major, was the brains behind
the operation. He and three of his floor-mates got the idea to
build the display after Jacks saw a Pac-Man cut out on the other side
