Explore the world of young children (birth through age eight) using a range of media. Learn how to engage children in the visual and performing arts. Enter the world of children’s literature and find out how young children first learn to use language and then read and write. Sharpen your observation skills as you visit area museums. Finally, author your own picture book to share in the final Showcase. See how amazing the world of young children can be, and the role that you can play in that world.
