Poetry Scholarship
Poetry Scholarship is open to:
- High school seniors or transfer students who intend to major in poetry and entering for the first time in the fall semester.
- Students able to submit creative samples of work in poetry.
- Students who have a completed Admissions application file that is received by the Undergraduate Admissions Office before February 1, 2010. (Please note: it is not necessary to have been accepted to the college at the time you apply for this scholarship.)
- Students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
Award based on: - Academic achievement and demonstration of talent, ability or accomplishment in poetry.
Amount of One Year Award: - $1500 ($750 awarded Fall 2010 and $750 awarded Spring 2011)
