Propose an Exhibition

Propose an Exhibition at the Center for Book & Paper Arts

Perhaps you are an artist or know one who would really like to show their work at the Center for Book & Paper Arts. We welcome your proposals and look forward to receiving them. We like to exhibit work that is allied to the field of “the book arts”: letterpress printing, hand papermaking and bookbinding. If you fit that category please don’t hesitate submitting your work for a future exhibition. We ask that you send us a description of your work and what you would like to show, a resume, images on either a CD or slides, along with a list of these images and a stamped, self-addressed envelope in which we might return your slides/CD.  Our exhibition committee meets several times a year and we would be happy to present your proposal at the meeting.

Please download the proposal form/check list and include it with your proposal.

If you have further questions please contact the main office 312.344.6630.

Thank you….we will watch the mail for your proposal.
