At Columbia College, students embrace the entire city of Chicago as their classroom, and the Center for Community Arts Partnerships (CCAP) helps bring that experience to realization through its Community Partnerships initiatives. CCAP's Urban Missions program and Arts in Youth and Community Development (AYCD) graduate program work to connect the college and its urban communities, forging relationships that enhance the learning experience for students of all ages. These partnerships provide unique opportunities for civic engagement, service-learning, employment, artistic practice, and personal and professional growth for all those involved.
