Professional Development

Professional development is integral to the success of Project AIM. By establishing reciprocal learning communities, Project AIM teachers, artists and college faculty receive countless opportunities for mentorship and professional development. Through workshops and institutes those involved with the program are given an invaluable opportunity to share and learn from each other. In addition, working with principals, school-based steering committees, local school councils and participating faculty at Columbia College ensures the development of effective arts programming, while enriching arts integration practice.
