Registration Clearance
Students are required to speak with a faculty member and be “cleared” before they have
permission to register for classes online.
To clear a student, select the Registration Clearance link. MAKE SURE THE CORRECT
PROGRAM, SESSION AND YEAR are selected. Remember to set these for the semester the student is registering for - not the current semester. Click on the “Add Clearance” Button.

If you see the “Remove Clearance” button, it means the student has already been
cleared for registration. Do not click this button unless you intend to remove the clearance.
