Facilities

Currently, our classroom is a dual platform (Windows/OS X) facility equiped with DVD player and a 7.1 Surround Sound system.  Students work on 17" Apple MacBooks. The teaching station is a 17" MacBook connected to an LCD projector. We also have a second teaching unit - a G4 tower connected to the second projector used primarily to display Keynote or Power Point presentations. All computers support FireWire (IEEE 1394 or "iLink") buses for DV input/output. Other hardware includes flatbed scanners, a slide scanner, a digital still camera, a DV camcorder, MIDI keyboard, microphone, and a large format high resolution color printer.

We currently support the following applications: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, LiveMotion, After Effects, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office, Filemaker Pro, Inspiration ,Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, Soundtrack Pro, LiveType, Aperture, iTunes, iMovie, iDVD, iWeb, Garage Band.
