  *All College Council meetings will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on the 8th  floor of the 1104 S. Wabash Ave. building except for the Nov. 2 meeting, which will be held at the Hokin Annex, 623 S. Wabash Ave.
    Executive Committee meetings will be held from 10 a.m. to noon in the 5th floor conference room of the library, 624 S. Michigan Ave.
