  • In November of 2012, the faculty/staff scholarship committee won the Culture of Philanthropy award from Columbia College Chicago.
  • Columbia's Got Talent recieved two Case V Awards: Best Volunteer Engagement Program (Bronze award) and Best Event on a Shoestring (Bronze award)
  • Columbia's Got Talent was featured in DEMO 14(page 15).
  • Columbia's Got Talent was featured in our award-winning student newspaper, The Columbia Chronicle, and on their youtube channel.
  • The Faculty/Staff Scholarship's Loft Party recieved a Pride of Case V Award (Silver) for excellence in the category of Best Event on a Shoestring Budget!
  • The grassroot efforts of the Faculty/Staff Scholarship Initiative were highlighted in Demo 11 and Demo 12.
  • Wayne Tukes, who came up with the concept of faculty/staff scholarship contributions, was featured in Columbia's 2009 Annual Report and on Columbia's giving page.
