Focus 2016 is a plan to rebuild undergraduate enrollment across the schools and grow enrollment in select graduate programs by increasing the number of students who enroll, succeed, and graduate, while building the college’s reputation, expanding the college’s market, and securing Columbia's financial future. We will:

Expand minority enrollment and sustain access for students at every income level.
Rebuild undergraduate enrollment to pre-recession levels.
Make modest, targeted increases in graduate enrollment.
Build adult enrollment.
Develop a strong value proposition and a reputation as a first choice school for creative individuals.
