Columbia's commitment to remain affordable for a diverse student population—and stay competitive with other schools—is stronger than ever. Focus 2016 is a plan to generate the revenue that will deliver our promises to students, grow the College endowment, and scale back and prioritize spending to enhance our financial health and achieve our goals. We will:

Maintain competitive costs to students.
Generate increases in annual tuition revenue.
Increase gift and grant revenue substantially.
Trim spending for a sustainable future.
Prioritize spending to accomplish our objectives.
