Mission and Purpose

The mission of our new Columbia College Chicago Friends of the Library program, founded in 2005, is to build and enhance important library collections, and in doing so, support the academic, cultural and intellectual needs of those who have chosen our student-centered institution. Everyone can be a friend.

The purpose of the Friends of the Library is to gather, engage and maintain a robust association of individuals interested in strengthening the collections of the Columbia College Chicago Library through financial and in-kind donations.
