A Winter Garden of Fashion Delights

Fashion Columbia '09 was an afternoon luncheon affair in the lush surroundings of the Harold Washington Library Winter Garden on May 12, 2009. The fundraising event was attended by 241 guests and featured a fashion show with dresses, gowns and ready-to-wear designs by 13 of Columbia College Chicago's fashion design students and benefitted the Nena Ivon Scholarship Fund for fashion design and fashion retail management.

The 9th Annual NICE Awards, presented by the Greater Chicago Chapters of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) and the International Special Events Society (ISES) awarded Fashion Columbia 2009 the Best Catered Event for the 2010 NICE Awards.
