What is your concentration (directing, cinematography, reporting, etc.)?
What format is your reel/footage in? (Please note that if your footage is not in QuickTime format, you will have to schedule an appointment to have your footage digitized. The Portfolio Center can only digitize DV or Mini DV format.)
Please list the Titles you would like to include on your DVD Menu, along with the corresponding footage.
If you would like the footage in your Titles broken into Chapters, please list the timecode in/out points for each Chapter.
Please detail how you would like the design of your menu to look. *Subject to Portfolio Center approval
