How can I use CCCPay?

  • Each time a new billing statement is ready to be viewed/paid online, students and  authorized payers are sent an email notification.  (all student emails are sent to your Columbia College email account – firstname.lastname@loop.colum.edu)
  • On CCCPay, students may set up a parent(s), spouse, partner or others as an Authorized Payer who will have access to view the statement, make online payments and sign up for direct deposit of student account refunds (see section on Authorized Payers).   Up to 10 Authorized Payers may be added for a student.
  • Select the "View Accounts" menu option to view or print the current Student Billing Statement.  To view previous statements, select the “Statement History” menu option.
  • Select the "Make Payment" menu option to submit a tuition payment by eCheck or credit card.
  • Select the “Direct Deposit” menu option to enter your bank account information and receive your refund by electronic direct deposit – D2U.
  • Select the Printable Statement PDF icon on the "View Accounts" screen to print a copy of the billing statement. This copy can be used for record keeping or for mailing payments to Columbia College (address is on the PDF statement). You can also print any screen by selecting the print icon on your browser toolbar.
