The Alumni Services representatives' main purpose is to reach out to students who are no longer registered at Columbia but who still owe money on their last semester's tuition. Once contact is made, either in person, by phone or by e-mail, we work with the student to get their tuition paid. The student and the college administrators share the same goal of getting the student back in school. Alumni Services is a branch of Student Financial Services.
