Ways to make a payment to Columbia

    2) Mailing a Payment / In Person

    Students or Parents may mail in a check or money order payment to:

    4) Outside Agencies Paying your Bill
    If you have an outside sponsor or agency who is supporting your education you may authorize this third-party to receive your billing statement through CCCPay. If you require additional paperwork to be completed by our office please contact our office at the Customer Service Options webpage to see a Counselor.

    5) Employer Tuition Reimbursement
    If your employer is paying for your tuition, the Columbia College Payment Plan should still be followed. You can also apply for financial aid or private educational loans to cover your tuition and fees up front if your employer will not be paying in a monthly basis and instead as a reimbursement to you at the end of the semester.

    6) Non-Columbia/Outside Scholarships
    Please notify Student Financial Services of any outside scholarships not included in your Award Letter by filling out an Award Change Request Form and forward any necessary documentation to our office.

    7) Tuition Remission Form
    All Columbia employees and dependents must submit the above form to activate their remission benefit every semester of attendance.
