Summer 2012 Housing Rates

Summer-Session Contracts are for 8-week and 12-week housing at the University Center. You would be required to move into your summer space at a designated time. Summer Contracts are now available at colum.edu/summerhousing.

4 Bedroom, 4 person apartment, Floors – 12 weeks May 26 to August 19, 2012	$3,400.00

Interim housing is provided prior to the start of the summer school housing contract only to students that currently reside on campus. The dates of interim housing are May 7 – May 25, 2012. This housing option is available at an additional cost of $600, which is not included in the cost listed above.

Annual Contract Rates 2012-2013

Annual Contracts are available for returning students only and allows those students to stay in Residence Life for the Summer and for the Fall & Spring terms of the academic year. If you want to live on campus this summer and are planning on living on campus for the academic year, you should sign this contract. Currently, Annual Contract housing is only available in The University Center.

The charges below are for the Summer 2012, Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 semesters.
