The Albert P. Weisman Award was established in 1974 to encourage
Columbia College Chicago undergraduate and graduate students to
complete projects in fields of communication. With projects spanning
several disciplines including photography, film, video, architecture, fine
art, fashion, dance, creative non-fiction, and book and paper arts, the
exhibition offers a wide range of media and artistic agendas.
The 2012 Albert P. Weisman Award Exhibition is co-sponsored by the
