Latino Student Film Festival

The Office of Latino Cultural Affairs announces the 11th Annual Columbia College Chicago Latino Student Film Festival.
The films presented at the festival showcase a wide variety of themes by Latino filmmakers and movies that depict Latino culture. Currently we are accepting short films up to 15 minutes in length in the categories of documentary, narrative/non-narrative, experimental, and animation. The first place winner's submission will receive a $350 prize and be screened at the film festival.
The deadline for submissions is December 18, 2008 by 5 pm. Submissions cannot be returned. Selected films will be screened on campus concurrently with the Chicago 25th Annual Latino Film Festival.
All entries must be submitted in DVD format with the application (available for download at our website). Please submit your entry to:
