Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA)
The AAJA administers several scholarships for Asian American students. These scholarships range from local Chicago chapter scholarships (found on their specific website) to national scholarships such as the Vincent Chin Memorial Scholarship. Japanese-American Citizens League (JACL)
The JACL administers several different scholarships, including the Abe & Esther Hagiwara Student Aid Award, the Freshman Application, the Creative and Performing Arts Scholarship, and the Ruby Yoshino Schaar Playwright Award. Applicants should choose which scholarship they wish to apply to.
Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA)
OCA administers several scholarships for Asian American students. These scholarships include the OCA-UPS Gold Mountain Scholarship, OCA-Verizon Scholarship, and OCA-AXA Achievement Scholarship. Visit the website for details.
